I have mostly read on the internet that it can't, but couldn't find something that seemed like it was from a reliable source. I just bought underwear at an online store from a seller and since I've never done that before I'm wondering if it was a smart thing to do. Before I let it go, I'd like to know if there's a reliable source I can go to on the internet just to be safe.
