how can i stop thinking about him its like hes in my head and i cant get him out i dont know what to do :(

You *just* had a breakup this morning (assuming this is the him in question). So, chances are, you're going to think about the person you just had a breakup with a great deal over the next few days, weeks or even months. You probably can't really stop, you just need to go and get through it over time. That's how breakups go.

For at least today, since you've been at the boards all day, so it seems like you're able to make time for yourself, your best bet is just to let all your thoughts happen and let yourself grieve.
