Acid reflux
Today is the last pill in my packet and about an hour after taking it I had really bad acid reflux, I never spat anything out just swallowed it again, should I be worried about the absorption of my pill?

It's unlikely that this impacted the absorption of your pill, or reduced its effectiveness in any way. However, any time you're worried that something may have lessened your pill's effectiveness, the best thing you can do is use a second birth control method, like condoms, if you choose to be sexually active for the next couple weeks. Or use them all the time as a rule; that's a good plan, too.
