So I’m on Ocella, I take it everyday at the same time, been on it for a few years, I took it last night, and got diarrhea maybe an hour give or take after, I didn’t take another active pill. I only had diarrhea once. Am I still protected? Should be be worried.

Diarrhea is actually a term that's meant to describe a pattern of loose stools, usually over at least a day or more, not just one loose stool. One loose stool is very unlikely to have any impact on the effectiveness of your pill, but you can, of course, always back up with a second method, like condoms, if you're concerned.
