Can fingering makes pregnant?

Hi guys, about 3 weeks ago i fingered my girlfriend but before and after i finger her i always wash my hands with soap cleanly.. the problem is my girl hasnt got her period for 10 days, but 2 weeks after the fingering she took a urinary test and it was negative. For addition she also has a tough weeks last month, any suggestion or help? Im really scared that she got pregnant
