Pregnancy possibility

My girlfriend gave me oral and I ejaculated in her mouth and she swallowed. Before I ejaculated, she adjusted her underwear and touched close to her vagina but not directly. Do you think she could get pregnant from this? Also, after I received oral sex, I kissed her. Thirty minutes or so later, I kissed her vagina while she was wearing underwear. Could that also cause pregnancy?
