So, I want to try thumbcuffs and toecuffs out, but I want to know if there are any risks I should be aware of?

right away I guess one of the big risks could be the cuffs blocking blood circulation, and most of the risks that are associated with handcuffs are probably also present with thumb and toe cuffs.
