What is semen,how is it different then sperm and what's pre-cum?

Sperm refers to the specific cells, while semen is he mixture of sperm cells and other fluids that gets ejaculated. Pre-cum is a fluid that comes out of the penis prior to ejaculation to help make the vaginal environment more welcoming to the sperm when ejaculation occurs. The more technical term for it is pre-ejaculate, so that might translate better.
