Lustful Fantasies? For My Crush?
Recently, me and my bestfriend (male) have been hanging out more at home, and we were hanging out in my bedroom playing video games.
I started to fantasize about us together sexually, but I am only 14 so it can't happen any time soon. I am more afraid for ruining our relationship. Is it normal to experience such feelings as a young teen?

Hi Destroya_Doll,
Yep, it's totally common to experience sexual fantasies at your age. In fact, we just had an advice column come out that covers a lot of the things you're feeling, and you can check that out here: http://www.scarleteen.com/article/advic ... t_my_crush
With your crush, are you leaning towards wanting to ask him out or try a romantic relationship? Or would you rather you and he stay on the friend-level?

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.

That is the thing, I would love a more romantic relationship, but I am really afraid of losing what we have.

Ok, that makes sense. Has your friend ever said anything that suggests they might be interested in a romantic relationship too?

Not really, apart from suggestive jokes and asking me who I like.

Okay, so it sounds like regardless, for right now, fantasy is probably the best place for these feelings, for a few reasons. Are you okay with that?
