IUD Question

I stopped getting my period with my IUD (Kyleena)
I have taken a bunch of tests that were negative - I thought they would be as we use condoms and withdrawal with the IUD.

Is this safe and normal? I just don't really think about periods anymore because I don't cramp or spot at all.

How are you doing with managing your anxiety around pregnancy and other things. Have you found any resources or supports to help you with that?
