Is it assault if person1 tells person2 that he/she wants sex and person2 doesn't say yes,just keeps quiet,and after pressure from person1,person2 doesn't say anything and just does it?

It certainly wouldn't meet the standard for consent, since the standard is an enthusiastic yes rather than the absence of a no. And if person two is being pressured to do something they don't want to do and eventually just gives in to make person one stop pressuring them, that would be considered sexual assault because coercion was used. Does that all make sense?
