Spermicide

Is spermicide and pull out effective? My birth control appointment is in a few days. I took EC on the 1st and had sex with spermicide and pullout the next day. I’ve used FAM for 8 months. I usually ovulate around day 16-19. Had a positive ovulation test on day 11, but failed to ovulate. Should I worry or not?

Specifically:
Spermicides
Withdrawal
And also:
Emergency Contraception (Plan B or the Morning-After-Pill)
Fertility Awareness (FAM)
So, after checking the effectiveness rates of the above, how do you feel about your risk level? I'm glad you're asking these questions prior to your birth control appointment: you can go in there with all this information about what level of risk(s) you're comfortable with, what has worked or not worked well for you + what method(s) you're interested in trying next.
