When a guy bends over can you always see their balls from behind?
If so why?

This really isn't something we can make a universal judgment on; it's going to depend on someone's position, anatomy, what clothes they're wearing (if any), even the ambient temperature in the room. It's possible, but I wouldn't say it's always going to happen.

The only thing it doesn’t answer is basically would it happen to me if I mooned my ass?

I want to know if mine will show or not before I do it.

If you want to know for your body, checking in front of a mirror is the way to go, really. There are just too many variables as I noted above for us to know!
