Huge Pregnancy Scare (Very Anxious Help Please)

Unread post by Noodle9 »

Hello, I'm currently undergoing huge stress because of a missed period. I am currently 11 days late to my period and of course, I am thinking the worst right now. I think I may be pregnant. This might sound silly but I have not had vaginal intercourse ever! However, I have done foreplay and rubbing against my boyfriend. We haven't had direct genital contact and he has not ejaculated near me at all. What has me a little scared is that he did rub himself on me while I wore underwear, but he didn't. I'm afraid maybe his precum might have soaked in through my underwear and possibly gotten me pregnant. he has not touched my private areas with semen on them or anything. Overall we have been pretty careful that no semen gets near my vagina. I'm just freaked out because now I'm 11 days late to my period and being the anxious mess I am, I am trying it to the last time I fooled around with my boyfriend. Also to add to this I do remember making him ejaculate and it getting on my hands. After I dried them up I did rub my clitoris ONLY after my hand was completely dry. I am also afraid that might've caused something. Please help me I can't stop being anxious and it's truly killing me. :(

Hi Noodle9,

As you saw on the other thread:

We will not answer ANY questions about pregnancy fear or anxiety in our direct services from users who are not pregnant or who are not or have not otherwise been directly involved with an actual pregnancy.

Please do not post this kind of question. If you are seeing this text, and your thread is locked, it is because you have posted this kind of question.

We CAN and WILL talk about things like:
• choosing and using a method or methods of contraception for any future sexual activity
• creating your own sexual limits and boundaries based on your needs and/or presenting them to any partners
• making sexual choices that suit your own needs, abilities and limitations, including your own readiness for certain possible risks
• help locating or using emergency contraception if and when you have had a pregnancy risk
• discussing options with a real, existing pregnancy, and help finding and accessing those options, such as abortion services and pre-natal care, or discussing feelings or concerns about a past pregnancy
• help with anxiety like locating mental health services, sound self-help or asking for support from friends or family
