pregnancy scare
Hello I'm 16 and I have not had sex and do not plan on having sex, but my boyfriend and I fool around and the other week he and I like "grinded" or "dry humped" which is SO SO SO embaressing to actually have to type out but he never came and he never like penetrated me or anything and never went in me but I know there was fluid on the outside of my vagina because I was "wet" and he might have had precum, I am beyond paranoid that somehow his precum traveled way up in me and I'm pregnant. I'm about a week or two out from my period so I have lots of discharge right now which I know means I'm ovulating but I've also researched that it means I could be pregnant which I KNOW there is like no way that I am but I need some other girls to help me relax. This is such an embaressing pregnancy scare because I know many people have it worse but I have acute anxiety and I need state of mind. Recap: naked grinding, no penetration, possible precum, but nothing that couldv'e gone inside. I'm new here too, help!!!!

Re: pregnancy scare
hi there,
scarleteen has a policy where they won't answer "am i pregnant" questions or irrational pregnancy fears, so instead they redirect you to some resources to help manage anxiety, here's a good link to a lot of resources you can use: http://www.scarleteen.com/anxiety_and_o ... _resources ; mindfulness and meditation can also help. i hope this becomes more manageable for you! when you get an anxious thought, remind yourself that it's just a thought, not a reality - be aware that this is your anxiety, not your reason, speaking. this article could also help: http://www.scarleteen.com/article/bodie ... _companion

Hi Noodle9, I've answered your other thread so am locking this thread as we tend to do with this kind of question.
