Masturbation

I was reading the article ‘How Do I Masturbate’ or something like that and it recommends that one should masturbate for about an hour or so if possible, how would one do that? What would you do for a full hour?

I don't believe we have an article that suggests that, and would be awfully surprised to find us suggesting that (though I could see us suggesting someone set aside some real time for masturbation like that, just so there's plenty of time around it and a person doesn't feel rushed with whatever time they do want to spend on masturbation).
