Boobs bigger

Hi,

I’ve just turned 21 today and have noticed that I think my boobs have gotten bigger. I have been going to the gym a lot more so don’t know if that has contributed. I also might’ve put on weight so I wondered if that could be a factor? I am ok the pill and always use condoms.

Changes to breasts - like to every other part of our bodies - can happen all life long! Weight gain or loss, monthly hormonal shifts, changes in hydration, adding or losing muscle...all of these things and more can change breast size or shape.
