Private messaging

I need to be allowed to make private messages because I need to get ahold of a administer so that I can make a usergroup.

Users are not able to make new usergroups, as the only categories on the boards are users, volunteers of different levels, and staff. Is the reason you're asking because you'd like to have a thread relevant to a specific group of people?
