Was this a hallucination?

So yesterday the dog started barking and in his barking I heard "hello","hello","hello" like 6-7 times. Is that a hallucination?

Dogs barking can sound like stuff... that doesn't make a hallucination, but it does sound like you could be having some significant mental health problems when you find yourself fixating on things like what words a dog's bark sounds like.

As I said in the other thread, sounds like time to get some help to focus on the root of all these scary feelings.
