Swithing birth control

Unread post by Laur1234 »

So I recently switched birth controls, from Tri-femynor pills to Cryselle pills. It’s been two weeks now, and i was wondering what possible side effects, if any, would i be experiencing because i switched pills?

Hi there Laur1234,

Anytime you stop, switch, or start hormonal contraceptives you might experience general hormonal-change-symptoms, like spotting, cramping, or breast tenderness, or maybe even headaches and nausea. If you're feeling concerned about it, you can always check in with your pharmacist or healthcare provider about it!

Is there a particular reason why you're concerned about side effects?
