I haven’t gotten my period in February and it’s March and my anxiety is making me think I am pregnant when I doubt I am.
I haven’t had sex since December (protected) and I got my period on January. I was going through a lot of stress with school at work and I do have irregular periods so I thought that was the case but I don’t know anymore. On February I did have this guy a handjob and he came on my fingers but I wiped it off and dried them. I then washed my hands and dried then again but when I got home I used the same hand he came on to finger myself. I’m a whole month late and now I’m getting paranoid. I feel like I’m nauseous, I get cramps here and there, I feel like my stomach is hard, and I pee a lot. I also pinched my nipples and I thought I saw clear liquid or something. Now I took three pregnancy tests and they all came out negative so that should tell me something right?
I always tend to over think things and make a big deal out of things that aren’t even true. I know the only way you can get pregnant is direct contact and since I haven’t had direct contact then I shouldn’t be. I’m 28 days late and I have irregular periods so that’s probably why. How do you try to calm yourself into thinking the worst case
