I hope this is right place to ask in "sexual health".. anyway i am male..i want to know what is kegel exercise and what is the benefits i get if i do kegel exercise??...and what is pelvic exercise??

Kegal and pelvic exercises are the same thing. Just simple tensing of the muscles in your pelvis.

I don't know if there are any benefits. It's a little outside of my area of knowledge!
