Touching penis then condom before second round of sex?

I'm a little worried about something: I was having protected sex with a girl as normal and then took off the condom and she gave me a blowjob and I ejaculated in her mouth. Then about 30-45 minutes later we decided to go for round two, but just as I was putting the condom on I very quickly touched the side of my penis (which I didn't wash) and probably touched the condom with the same finger as I was putting it on before our second round. I only realized after that it might have been possible for some sperm to get transmitted from my hand to the condom, but I am not sure. What are the chances that this could have happened? Would the sperm still be alive after half an hour? I don't think my penis was very wet with semen/her spit, but I'm just worried about pregnancy even though I used a condom. thanks!
