People's sexual lives or history do not and cannot change their breast size or shape unless it involves something like an injury or unless someone becomes pregnant through their sexual activity, in which case pregnancy can (temporarily) change breast size.

So whatever kind of sex you're calling foreplay did not likely change anyone's breasts.
