Implantation bleeding

Hi , for knowledge, does implantation bleeding happens at the stage where you are in early second trimester ? I've had some spotting and read a website that says it's implantation bleeding , thanks for replying

Hi Asian,

No, implantation bleeding does not happen in the second trimester, because implantation bleeding, when it does occur, happens when the fertilized egg implants into the wall of the uterus (which is when pregnancy officially starts). It sounds like having some accurate information on implantation and other parts of pregnancy would be helpful, check this out: Human Reproduction: A Seafarer's Guide
