Im Bi and none of my friends or family know because most of them are homophobic 
and idk what to do

That's such a tough situation to be in, and I'm so sorry your friends and family aren't people who are safe for you to be out to. Do you have any ways of safely accessing inclusive, supportive spaces to be out in elsewhere? Those could be online spaces, like here at Scarleteen, or somewhere like a local LGBT center of group.
Too, if it would be helpful, we could talk about ways to build a friend group where you don't have to hide your sexual orientation from them.
