So, I started talking to this guy on Tinder on Saturday, and I asked him out on Monday and he said yes. Yesterday he messaged me asking if I have Snapchat, and a hour later I told him no I don't I have Instagram, or we can exchange phone numbers, and after that he never messaged me back, and 3 hours after I sent him another message and still nothing. I don't know what I should do, or what I should be thinking.

Unfortunately, we can't answer the question of why he isn't responding, since only he can really do that. But it may help to keep in mind that there are lots of reasons why someone may not respond after a few hours, including practical things like they got really busy. At this point, the ball is in his court, since you're the one who responded and who reiterated that you were interested in him.
