Is it true what plannedparenthood.org says : "If your partner says “no,” doesn’t say anything, or says yes but seems unsure or uncomfortable, then you DON’T have consent."
Is that true?

Hi IAmScared,
Those parameters are what we, and many other sex ed organizations, use to highlight the need for enthusiastic consent . In other words, we define things that way to teach people that only an excited, freely given "yes" should be considered consent. You can read more about that here:
