I'd like to add some questions:
Do you feel that you can trust your boyfriend? If the answer is yes (kinda going off of Jacobs' questions) what do you feel will happen if they continue their relationship?

Re: Not Eating
(I like snorkmaiden's suggestions!) It sounds with you are dealing with a lot! College is already a huge stressor on its own, but you have a lot more going on. Try not to be so hard on yourself and let it be okay for you to feel however you are feeling. So basically, you don't have to justify your e...

Hi Dandelion, First I'd like to say that it takes a great level of strength to open up about abuse. Good for you. I'm very sorry that you have been feeling like a burden to your friends, especially since the support they provided seems like an important part of working through past abuse. I don't kn...

Hi Concerned, Sorry the pas couples of days have been so rough :( Sounds like you might be in need of some self care. This article is a great overview if this is not something you are already use to doing: http://www.scarleteen.com/article/abuse_assault/selfcare_a_la_carte But one thing I'd recommen...

Hey Alixana, Seems that you and your former physician have already identified what's going on here. Try not to be so hard on yourself, this is something that definitely won't change over night. I can also see how your then-boyfriend making this worse with his comments causing you to put more pressur...

Hi Loona, I have to agree with Heather that he has been pretty clear in saying that he doesn't want to go any further. That can be hard to deal with especially when you might have been hoping for something else. I can't say why he is ignoring you, but it seems to me that this is something that he do...

Yes. So since you took Saturday and Sunday's pill today, take Sunday's pill from the spare pack tomorrow and continue as usual.

Hi Silverc, Continue to take your pill as usual. Anytime that you have a concern about effectiveness you should back up with condoms. Now that you have a pill missing from your packet, it is best to refer to the informational packet or consult with your doctor/pharmacist who can provide specific dir...

Hi Mutis, Heather is away for the day but I wanted to make sure your message was addressed. From what I have read it seems like you have already given some thought to ways you can stay safe in the home. A few things I might add is navigating lunch/dinner since that is when most of the violence seems...

Hi AnnahPanda, Welcome to the boards. It's great that you are concerned with what your crush is comfortable with, but can I suggest that you back up a bit? Sounds like the first thing you want to do is see if you all are on the same or a similar page. How about talking to your crush about your feeli...

Hi Sara26, I'm not very familiar with leave policies, so I will ask another staff/volunteer to get back with you. However, 3 months is more in the realm of short term disability which would likely need to be documented. As far as college, you can look at your institutions policies about taking a lea...

Most users (but not all) say that their partner doesn't feel it during sex if it is inserted correctly. So it's one of those things you won't know until you try.

Re: Sex during periods
Disposable cups like you mentioned are a good option. You might just want to insert a new one before sex. Can also see if a female condom works better for you. If mess is a concern, another option is continuing to use the condom and having a towel handy to cover the surface or just there to wipe as ...

Since you are still having those fears, taking a pregnancy test is your next best step. In the meantime it is a good idea to check in with your univers...

Re: Condom clarification
Hi gkc24, The 2% failure rate is for use over a year's time, not each time a person uses a condom. So in a year's use there is a 2% chance of there being some type of failure that includes the condom tearing, slipping off, or it not being used at all. All of those things would be very obvious. Takin...

Hi kuraimuin, Getting it out the way, if you are having your period it is safe to assume that you are not pregnant.
