Sore Breasts?

Lately i've been waking up with very sore breasts in the morning.
I sleep without a bra on, Could this be the reason why?
And is sleeping without a bra a good thing or bad?
I've read that it's good to sleep with one on because it gives you support while sleeping
I've also heard that it's bad because your breasts may sag earlier in age.
This is not a pregnancy scare, I just didn't know where to post this topic!

I vote for people to sleep the way they feel most comfortable! ;)

Is hard to say why you are having soreness. It could be the way you sleep, the clothing you use, if you are taking birth control or that maybe your breast are still growing. But if you feel too uncomfortable there's always the option to check in with a healthcare provider just to make sure everything is okay. :)
