Hi. So, this is a little awkward for me to say but here goes :)
Yesterday, I tried masturbating in the shower but my shower head was weak so I unscrewed it so the water was coming out of the kind of "pipe" that gets the water to the actual shower head. Afterwards I thought about it and worried that because I took the shower head off the water might have been infected or unfiltered and I could have caught an infection or something... is this an actual possibility or am I just being paranoid?

Most shower heads don't have water filters in them, since they don't dispense drinking water. Since tap water is already treated and filtered to be safe before it reaches your home, there shouldn't be any issue with the water in the shower causing any sort of infection. The only reason to be concerned is if you've gotten any notices about contamination of the local water supply, and that's generally not common.
