Legs Aching Before Period Starts
Hi, I had a question. I've been experiencing this new symptom that hasn't happened until just now. My period came today and I noticed leading up to it, my legs were really aching to the point where it was uncomfortable. I wanted to know if this was normal and if this is a symptom of me being on birth control pills. Also, are there any ways to remedy the legs aches?
Thank you!!

Back pain -- that sometimes can expand to the legs -- is not that uncommon as a PMS symptom. Is not a rule that everyone will feel it but some people do. Can't say if this is a side effect of your birth control because people will react very widely. Applying some heat to the area sometimes can be helpful.
