Can't remember taking my pill!

So I take my pill at 8am every day. My alarm woke me up at 8 this morning and I assume I took my pill since it was missing from the packet when I next woke up later on. I mean this sounds like a really dumb question but is it safe to assume I took it in that case? It's just scary that I was so tired I have no recollection of taking it!!

Hi busylizzie,

If the pill that was meant to be taken today was not in the packet, then it's likely that you took it this morning. If you're planning on being sexually active soon and you're still anxious, you can always back up with condoms to help put that anxiety a bay.
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
