No, as far as he is concerned I eat and bathe every night.

Well, the stress should end soon. I've had a do or die history assignment that is due tomorrow and I'm still only halfway done. If I don't do it, I WILL fail the year in my history class, and my dad has said there will be major consequences if I do fail.

Okay, so let's figure making changes with this self-care, and even talking more today, is something we talk about after you finish that assignment. It sounds like you'd feel best putting all your focus on it right now so it gets done on time and that's one big stress you can get off your plate?
