My bf
my boyfriend is telling me that one of his balls is red and has dry skin..what is this? It's only one side, and it seems to be spreading to his penis(the dry skin) he also says its uncomfortable

It sounds like it would be best for your partner to make an appointment with his doctor. We are not doctors and cannot make diagnoses over the internet, and with wierd rashes it's always best to have them checked out.
