Non-Latex Condoms??

Unread post by Olivia15 »

So me and my boyfriend have never had sex before, but I thought I'd buy a small pack of condoms to keep with me just in case. I had never bought condoms before, so i wasn't really sure what to looks for, and i just grabbed a random pack and left. I ended up buying a brand called Skyn. When i got home, i realized the package says that the condoms are NON LATEX, and they're made from "polyisoprene". What does this mean? Is this safe/comfortable to use, like a regular latex condom? Has anyone ever used these before? Thanks!

Non-latex condoms are just as safe and effective as latex ones. And some people prefer them, even if they CAN use latex. Non-latex condoms, for instance, can tend to conduct body heat better than latex ones can. :)
