Weed isn't known to have any impact on hormonal birth control, which is why it's not included in the list (particularly considering that medical marijuana can be legally prescribed in an increasing number of places).

Is there anything else you need help with understanding about the list? Most of the items on it are prescription drugs, so I'm not sure what you mean by "the drug part". If there's something else you need help with, can you be more specific so that we can best help you?
