Drinking too much water with pill?

Hi,

Is there such a thing as drinking too much water when taking the combined oral contraceptive pill? I usually take the pill with 2 big glasses of water because I'm thirsty when I first get up in the morning, which is the time I take my pill. I'm wondering whether drinking this much water could affect the pill in any way.

Hi Indigo,

No, drinking lots of water will not decrease the effectiveness of the pill.
And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
