Posting a new topic in abuse and assault?

Unread post by AvocadoLime »

Hello!

If one is new to these boards, how does one get access to post in other sections? In particular I would really like some support and advice in dealing with abuse and assault right now.

Thanks!

Welcome, AvocadoLime. We've set up this new board system so that for the first five posts, users are limited to "Newbieville," to give everyone a chance to get a handle on how the system works. You are more than welcome to post any question in the "ask us" part of Newbieville, though, including questions about abuse and assault.

Welcome the the (new!) boards!

When users are newly registered, for their first five posts, they can only post in limited areas. Here's which ones (and more info on this), here: http://scarleteen.com/bb/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=24

In the meantime, you're welcome to get a thread started in one of those areas, and if you like, after you have made five posts, we can move it to that other area for you.

Ok thanks. I wasn't sure if it was ok to post about any subject in the newbyville section.

No worries: everything is new on this system, so we're likely all going to feel a bit confused and disoriented for a little while. :)
