Plan B

So I took plan B about three weeks ago. Yesterday and today I had ovulation like discharge which I also have when I ovulate so I'm assuming I ovulated in between today and yesterday. Hypothetically speaking wouldn't and sperm inside me be dead by now and unable to fertilize my egg? *He pulled out but I'm not 100% sure if any got in me.* I was at the begging of my fertile window when we had sex.
