dry humping light period

Unread post by doglover1 »

Okay so In December I dry humped a boy and Before my period was starting I had brown discharge and that made me scared but my period started and even though it did I was still stress outed and thinking I'm pregnant. I had my period again on January.11 and it lasted UNTILL January 15. It was light but there was red blood and it looked like a period, then on February 4 I got brown discharge and I knew my period was starting so it turned red on the 6th and it lasted until the ninth. Yesterday I dry humped my parter And my period was ending and I started bleeding a little is that normal?? also I've been really stressed out and thinking I'm pregnant I got constipated which made me scared and I started being cold even when it was warm please help me my last period was very light and it was brown at the beginning but it turned red.

It's not uncommon:
• For people to have brownish discharge before or after menstrual periods
• To have spotting after a period ends
• To have some bleeding with some kinds of genital sex, which usually happens from too little lubrication and too much friction of some kind
• For people to experience constipation
• For people to feel chilly even when it's not all that cold.

Thank you so much and I think my overthinking is making me scared whenever I have a pregnancy symptom and like I've been tired in the beginning and my boobs have been aching a lot and I didn't experience any sickness though and I've kind of been craving food and I always go to the bathroom a lot. does stress cause light and short periods? How can I stop stress?

We can't stop stress, really. But we can do what we can to set up and go about in our lives in ways where we're under less stress, and we can learn to manage stress when we do have it. If you'd like me to get you some resources to find out more about all of that, let me know!

Periods varying like that isn't usually about stress, but usually mostly about the hormonal deviations in a cycle that will happen both due to frequent hormonal shifts we have, and how our whole bodies and lives tend to vary from day to day.

I'm sorry to bother you again but for a month now my stomach hurts when I walk and I feel bloated. I know I can't get pregnant from dry humping but what if I am? Please help me

We will not answer ANY questions about pregnancy fear or anxiety in our direct services from users who are not pregnant or who are not or have not otherwise been directly involved with an actual pregnancy.

Please do not post this kind of question. If you are seeing this text, and your thread is locked, it is because you have posted this kind of question.

We CAN and WILL talk about things like:
• choosing and using a method or methods of contraception for any future sexual activity
• creating your own sexual limits and boundaries based on your needs and/or presenting them to any partners
• making sexual choices that suit your own needs, abilities and limitations, including your own readiness for certain possible risks
• help locating or using emergency contraception if and when you have had a pregnancy risk
• discussing options with a real, existing pregnancy, and help finding and accessing those options, such as abortion services and pre-natal care, or discussing feelings or concerns about a past pregnancy
• help with anxiety like locating mental health services, sound self-help or asking for support from friends or family

For help dealing with a scare (including what poses a risk and your next steps based on your unique situation), you may use our tool on site built for this purpose: The Pregnancy Panic Companion.
