pregnancy scare

hi! my girlfriend has red spots on her undies and she's frequently peeing. she thought that she is having her menstruation but it is early for week. but, we didnt have sex. we have manual sex but no penis and vagina penetration at all. I came but my sperm is just in her hands and then she wash her hands after. she is kinda bloating. and having red spots or spotting in her undies, is this implantation bleeding or what? is she pregnant?
