Anxiety Issues about possible pegnancy
Hello, hello
Well, I needed to register and tell you guys my story, because I'm freaking out!
So, let's begin with some details, my menstrual cycle: 30 - 31 days. And my period started on january 1th, 2016.
On january 13th I THINK I had direct genital contact with my boyfriend, I was very wet, and I'm pretty sure he had some pre ejaculate fluids. I never worried because my app said that I would ovulate around january 17th (This day I noticed a lot of cervical mucus)... So let's say I was on my fertile days, but I really didn't pay attention because 1. I thought pre ejaculate fluids wasn't a risk, talking about pregnancy. 2. I forgot I was starting my fertile days... When I checked my calendar and read that it was the first day of my fertile days, I started to freak out... I went online and read EVERY page, about pre ejaculate fluids, about direct contact without any penetration, etc. (Also it was too late to take EC)
So, days passed and I was freaking out, my stress was all over my head My period was supposed to come on january 31th... late night, I started having some brownish discharge, but it was very little, on february 1th, the discharge was dark brown, and then that same night, some blood, I got red blood with clots for about 5 days, finishing with brown discharge again... (So, this was period) then I started freaking out again because I have read before that about implantation bleeding, so I was stressed again. (I don't know if implantation bleeding can happen 14 - 15 days after ovulation??? So I felt a little better because I did a research, and I understood that implantation bleeding was short, and only brownish - pink discharge, I don't know, I was just looking for anything to tell me I wasn't pregnant haha)
I was still worried and I decided to take a home pregnancy test (February 5th, 23 days after the risk, around 18 days after ovulation might occur), at the place there was only this brand, so I couldn't choose, it was the only brand available (In my country everything work's like that, we're in a economical crisis) I think the name of the test was MediSmart or something like that, it came with a dropper, so I added some drops of urine in the spot (The instructions said 4 drops, and I think I added 5 without trying, I was literally shaking, I don't know if that ruined the test??? was it still accurate?) Anyway, the result came NEGATIVE, and I felt better for a couple days but I was worried I about ruining the test applying one more drop of urine I wanted to buy another test, but I couldn't find it anymore, it was sold out in all the stores I visited. So today, (33 days after the risk) I decided to take a blood test... it came NEGATIVE!! It didn't say any number on the paper, it just says "Negative", so I don't really know any number of the hormone in case there was any... Was this blood test accurate? Should I keep testing?
I don't know, I feel so stupid because I'm worrying about a pregnancy, I had a risk, but I guess that bleeding was my period (it came a day after my period was supposed to come, it lasted 5 days, clots, normal blood, the only weird thing was the brown discharge), I took a HPT that came out negative (that I don't know if it was accurate because I added one more drop ), now a blood test negative.... Should I be 100% sure that I am not pregnant?
Sorry for the long post, yep, I guess I'm having anxiety issues
