Diarrhea is generally medically defined as a PATTERN of loose stools over a day or more, not one loose stool. So, no, this is unlikely to be an issue with your BC pills.
That said, we do always advise people use condoms, not just a method of BC, because anything that poses a risk of pregnancy also presents STI and other infection risks, and only condoms offer protection against infections. Extra bonus: they also provide BC backup, so you won't ever have to even worry about something like this -- or the concern you had the last time you posted about antibiotic use -- in the first place if you're backing up with condoms.
