Sex dreams...?
Hey!! Okay so I'm a female who considers herself straight. I have kissed and made out with girls and have thought about doing other things with them but have never gone through with it, I also could never date a girl. But anyways, I have been having a lot of sex dreams lately... About gay men.... About two in particular. One is this adorable boy I know who works at the Starbucks I'm transferring to. The other is a semi-celebrity and pop singer whom I recently met and I AM IN LOVE WITH (Troye Sivan). I wish he was straight and not famous so we could date.... ANYWAYS haha I keep having sex dreams about them. In the dreams with the Starbucks guy he's still gay but questioning it but even so we're just doing it to do it since he really doenst get pleasure out of having sex with guys. However with Troye he's still very much gay, not questioning it at all and I have no clue why we're having sex in these dreams. I just wanted to see if this was at all normalish or if I'm just weird... Please help!!!!

Re: Sex dreams...?
Hi Pmw,
So, dreams are weird beasts to begin with, because they are often our brains sorting through information and ideas and mashing them together. But, even if this was conscious, it's not unusual to fantasize about people you know, even if you know that they are not going to ever be your partner for a variety of reasons (gay, married, etc.). That's part of what makes it a fantasy.
Just as a side note, you mention being sexually attracted to girls, but not wanting to date them. Can you tell me a little bit more about those feelings?

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow/with smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go/turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain/and like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again.
