Generally, olive oil or coconut oil work well for some people and are not, to my knowledge, associated with issues with yeast infections or irritation. So, you may just want to experiment and see how it works for you.

If you're using it with toys, however, it's going to be doubly-important you clean the toys well after using them with the oil, or cover toys. That's just because oils like these will create their own bacteria in time, on top of the usual bacteria from our bodies we always want to clean from toys. :)
