To be blunt, while I was masturbating I felt one lone bump on my outer vagina (labia?) lip. It didn't hurt, didn't feel very big, I wouldn't have known it was there if my hand wasn't there.
I'm assuming it's a lone pimple because thanks to my job and my constricting work pants, I sweat a lot down in that area and my skin everywhere else is super acne prone.
What can I do to get rid of it? How do I even prevent this, assuming it's a pimple? Since it doesn't hurt, is okay to shave near it, or should I hold off?

The best course of action is to leave it be and let it go away on it's own (I would hold off on shaving near it). In terms of prevention, if you have to wear constricting pants for work, do what you can to wear looser ones when not on the job. It can also help to make sure you're (gently) washing down there when you shower.
