Is it possible to get pregnant while on the pill from precum? Like what are the chances? What about off the pill?

As for the pill, you can find how effective it is at preventing pregnancy from ejaculate or pre-ejaculate here: Combined Oral Contraceptives (The Pill) . But really, if someone is concerned about lowering their risks as much as possible while on the pill, we advise backing up with condoms.
