Hi, so usually on my first day of my period, i get lot's of cramps and i have a heavy flow. Today, my period just started but it was only a small amount with bits of fluid. what could this mean?

There is just no way for us to tell you why or what does this changes mean. Bodies are not machines so they won't always react the same way. Periods can and often will vary and there are a lot of reasons for this to happen such as changes in food, sleeping patterns, stress and many more. :)

Hello, it's me again. its been a few hours now, and theres like period blood but its like sticky? I'm also having cramps right now but its like nothing's coming out? please help :)

Why is my period sorta bright-ish and its my third day now, and there are some sticky bits of blood like regular fluid thing. what does this mean?

We couldn't possibly tell you why your menstrual flow is the bright color you say that it is. But we can tell you the color of flow, and its consistency, often varies, as you have probably experienced and observed in the past.

Menstrual periods are about shedding the uterine lining. Sometimes that lining comes out as a liquid, and other times it can come out more solid, like you're experiencing.

hello, im not really aware on sexED but, how do you get pregnant? can you get pregnant from manuel sex or you have to penetrate the vagina to get pregnant?
