Brown discharge first day of period then nothing?

Hi

So I was due on my period yesterday and only got a brown discharge and so far that was it?? What could be reasons for this?
I'm still waiting to see if the rest of my flow will come today :/ I'm a bit worried..

Sometimes people will have a period that starts and stops a bit, or a bit of brown or reddish discharge before a period. And it's also possible to have very light periods from time to time. So, while we can't know exactly when or if you'll get the "rest" of your period, what you're describing doesn't sound unusual, or cause for concern.

Im just worried about possible pregnancy but i did use a form of birth control (condoms) whenever it occurs and made sure it was intact and on the whole time

It says in your article that if youre not using a type of "hormonal" birth control you can get pregnant? :/ I have only just used condoms and made sure it was on the whole time and not broken as well..

Condoms, all by itself, have a very high efficiency rate, actually!
